Job Overview
Welder / Fabricator
An excellent opportunity to join our growing welding team
Following continued growth and the award of several significant contracts, we are looking for skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricators to join our team.
We manufacture industrial fans for a diverse range of customers and sectors. Our varied workload ranges from standard HVAC applications to technically demanding nuclear projects, giving employees the opportunity to work on a wide range of products and specifications.
As part of our manufacturing team, you will fabricate, weld and assemble metal components from technical drawings. Precision, safety and consistently high-quality workmanship are essential to ensuring our products meet both customer specifications and the required quality standards.
Because of the variety and technical requirements of our work, pay is based on demonstrated capability, quality of workmanship, experience and qualifications—not simply time served. Successful applicants will be placed within the salary band we believe best reflects their starting level, with clear opportunities to progress as their skills and capabilities develop.
We have a strong order book providing long-term stability, with opportunities for welders at different stages of their careers. Training and progression will be supported, including the opportunity to gain relevant welding codes funded by the company.
