The Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Hair Stylist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with clients, takes pride in their craft, and wants to build a loyal clientele in a supportive salon environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure clients leave feeling confident and satisfied
- Maintain a clean, organised workstation and follow salon standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Recommend and sell retail products to support clients’ hair care routines
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive salon atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Hair Stylist (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent )
- Experience working in a salon environment
- Strong technical skills in cutting and colouring
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Motivation to grow your client base and develop your skills
