Duties
- Fabricate, assemble hydraulic hoses using specialized equipment in accordance with schematics and technical specification
- Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs
- Conduct equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on hydraulic systems, including excavators, forklifts, and other heavy machinery
- Use mechanical knowledge to identify worn or damaged components and recommend appropriate solutions for replacement or repair
- Maintain detailed records of all fabrication, repairs, and maintenance activities for quality control and safety compliance
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about repairs needed and timelines
Qualifications
- Proven experience with assembly of hydraulic hoses
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulic systems, schematics, and equipment repair procedures
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for fabrication and maintenance tasks
- Familiarity with heavy machinery such as excavators or forklifts is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with a customer-focused attitude to ensure client satisfaction

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
