About Us
Our beautiful nursery is truly one of a kind. With the largest garden in South London, we offer an outstanding environment for children to learn, grow, and thrive. Located in East Dulwich, we provide high-quality childcare for children aged 6 months to 5 years.

Minimum Requirements
- Level 3 or ready to be enrolled in a level 3 course
- To be trained as Room Lear must have a level 3
- Good written and spoken English.
We’d love you to have (or be willing to learn):
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child welfare.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Growing knowledge of child development and best practice.
- Positive energy and enthusiasm.
- A great team spirit.
- A passion for outdoor play, learning through exploration, and hands-on experiences.
Your Responsibilities
- Having fun!
- Presenting yourself professionally to parents and carers.
- Keeping accurate records and planning next steps for children's learning.
- Maintaining a positive, supportive attitude.
- Acting as an ambassador for the nursery and promoting our values.
- Depending on the role: helping others progress and supporting the wider team.
Salary:
- Level 3 £14.00 p/hr
- Level 3 leading a group £15.00 p/h
