Key Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality, person‑centred care in
line with individual care plans
Support residents with daily living, mobility,
personal care, and meaningful engagement
Maintain accurate records and follow all
safeguarding, infection control, and regulatory requirements
Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote
wellbeing, independence, and choice
About You
Genuine passion for care and improving the lives
of others
Reliable, empathetic, and able to build positive
relationships
Good communication skills and a professional,
respectful approach
Experience in care is desirable but full
training provided
