Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including examinations, fillings, extractions, and other treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready and functioning properly
- Provide exceptional patient care by offering reassurance, explaining procedures clearly, and ensuring comfort throughout visits
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with practice protocols and data protection regulations
- Support infection control protocols by adhering to sterilization and hygiene standards at all times
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow, and ensure efficient clinic operations
- Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and external healthcare providers to facilitate seamless care delivery
