We are looking for two organised, reliable and enthusiastic Customer Service & Operations Assistants to join our growing team.
This is a varied role that combines customer service, administration and order fulfilment. No two days are the same, so we're looking for people who are happy to get involved wherever needed and who enjoy working as part of a busy team.
Available Positions
Position 1
- Monday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Tuesday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Thursday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Position 2
- Wednesday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Thursday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and social media
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries
- Processing and packing customer orders accurately
- Preparing and packing trade and wholesale orders
- Assisting with filing and general administration
- Updating internal records and paperwork
- Supporting the Operations Manager with day-to-day tasks
- Assisting with stock-related activities when required
- Helping maintain an organised and efficient working environment

Desirable Experience
- Customer service experience
- Administration experience
- Order processing or e-commerce experience
- Warehouse, packing or fulfilment experience
