We're looking for an organised, proactive and personable individual to become a key member of our team. This is a varied role combining sales administration, customer service and personal assistant responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
You will be the first point of contact for many of our new enquiries, ensuring prospective clients receive a professional and efficient experience. Alongside managing enquiries, you'll provide administrative and organisational support to the Directors, helping to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enquiries
- Respond promptly to telephone and email enquiries.
- Prepare quotations for prospective clients.
- Follow up quotations and maintain regular contact with leads.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Record and update enquiries within our CRM system.
- Liaise with the clinical and operations teams to coordinate services.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional services where appropriate.
Personal Assistant Duties
- Manage diaries, meetings and appointments.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
- Monitor action points and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support the Directors with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Assist with business projects and general office administration.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with clients by phone and email.
- Friendly, professional and approachable.
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experienced in a customer service, sales support, PA or administrative role.
Experience using CRM software is desirable but not essential.
