We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations and management of a small portfolio of blocks and estates. This is a part-time position with hours to be mutually agreed. Previous experience in Block Management is essential and an IRPM qualification is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine site inspections.
- Understanding and enforcing lease terms and obligations.
- Overseeing major works and managing the section 20 process.
- Co-ordinating contractors and collaborating with service providers.
- Collection and management of service charge funds, preparing annual budgets, and sending demands to leaseholders.
- Monitoring payments and debt management.
- Preparing and serving notices.
- Organising and chairing resident’s meetings and AGMs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A strong background in Property Management is essential for this role.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with leaseholders, directors and colleagues.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to ensure accuracy in record keeping and property management processes.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws, lease procedures, and property management software.
Driving license and own car are essential for this role.
Salary dependant on experience.
