Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing excellent support to staff and clients. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Maintain and update office records through accurate data entry and filing systems
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents using Microsoft Office and our bespoke CRM system
- Support administrative functions such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and organising office logistics
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy, organised, and welcoming for visitors and staff
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and workflows and work closely with our MD
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
