Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive cleaning of Airbnb rental units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for new guests
- Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation
- Inspect properties after cleaning to identify any maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleanings within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and janitorial supplies effectively to achieve optimal results
- Communicate professionally with team members and property managers regarding cleaning schedules and property conditions
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services, preferably within hospitality or short-term rental environments
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering impeccable cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple properties efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks
- Reliable transportation or access to transportation to reach various property locations on schedule
- A positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving and guest satisfaction
