- The Bell, in the village of Ticehurst approximately 35 minutes from Sevenoaks is an award winning boutique hotel, pub, restaurant and wedding venue situated on the Kent/Sussex border

Experience
- Hotel, restaurant or pub kitchen experience preferred
- Enthusiasm to progress
- Eager to learn
- Experience working in busy working environment
Days / Hours
- We cover service times between breakfast and dinner 7 x days a week.
- Shift patterns will be provided in advance and will span 5 out of 7 days including weekends.
- Weekend work required
Key tasks and accountability
- Preparation and production of food to agreed standards
- High level of communication
- Mise en place ready prior to service
- Observation of hygiene regulations HACCP
- Reliability and presentation
Experience / education
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Chef de Partie position
