URGENT - Nursery Chef Required

A leading provider of exceptional childcare located in Farnham are seeking a talented Nursery Head Chef to join their dynamic team.
In this permanent role, you'll have the opportunity to create delicious, nutritious meals that fuel the growth and development of the little ones, all while fostering a warm and inclusive environment.

Responsabilities:
- Assume full control of the nursery kitchen, from menu creation to food ordering and budgeting
- Preparing daily snacks, lunch and dinner for the children. You will be the sole person working in the kitchen.
- Ensure compliance with environmental health regulations and manage food allergies with care. Ensure all food is stored hygienically and safely.
- Occasionally deliver engaging cooking sessions and classes for the children
- Prepare and serve hot lunches and prepare dinners for approximately 30 children
Preferred Experience:
- Proven experience as a chef, with a passion for creating delicious, nutritious meals
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, allergies, and dietary requirements
- Strong organizational and budgeting skills to manage the nursery kitchen effectively
- We are looking for someone who has worked as a nursery chef, school chef or care home chef only.
