Water Delivery Driver
Location: West Bromwich
Basic salary: £28,042.56 per year
On-target earnings: At least £29,742.56 per year, including bonuses
Hours: Monday to Friday

AquAid is looking for an experienced multi-drop delivery driver to join our busy and established West Bromwich branch.
This is a permanent, Monday-to-Friday position offering a competitive salary, regular performance bonuses, a company van for commuting and the opportunity to build a long-term career with a successful business.
The role
You will deliver bottled water to customers across the West Midlands, East Midlands, Lincolnshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Powys and Oswestry.
Working from established delivery routes, you will provide a reliable and professional service while building positive relationships with customers and helping them manage their stock levels during both seasonal peaks and quieter periods.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently
- Consistently meeting agreed delivery performance targets and KPIs, including an average target of 80 bottles per working day across the week
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Carrying bottles to customers’ required locations, including upstairs where necessary
- Looking after your delivery vehicle
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately
- Communicating effectively with the Branch Manager and wider team
About you
The successful applicant will:
- Have previous multi-drop delivery experience
- Have good geographical knowledge of the delivery areas
- Be reliable, punctual and customer-focused
- Be comfortable working independently and achieving agreed targets
- Have a positive and practical approach to their work
- Be physically capable of safely lifting and carrying water bottles weighing approximately three stone (19 kg), including carrying bottles upstairs
Full training will be provided.
Salary and bonuses
The position offers a basic salary of £28,042.56 per year, with potential annual earnings of at least £29,742.56 when the following bonuses are achieved:
- £50 monthly attendance bonus for no sickness absence
- £150 quarterly performance bonus for achieving the agreed bottle-delivery target
- Christmas bonus of at least £500
