Product Administrator - 6 month FTC
About The Role
The Product Administrator will be responsible for managing the quality of product data and ensuring that all databases, both internally and externally, are accurately updated. This will involve communicating internally with key departments, externally with our supply chain and Amica HQ. As a result, you will own the completion of both New Supplier and New Product Customer forms, which are critical in regard to driving new and existing business in the market.
What You'll be Doing
- Take ownership of our PIM system, ensuring full and accurate product data are available for existing products and ensuring that new products are updated in a timely manner before product launch.
- Completing New Customer and New Product Setup forms for all brands and all products.
- Liaise with the marketing team to ensure retail descriptions are created and upload to the PIM in a timely manner for product launch.
- Liaise with Amica HQ about PDM content ensuring consistency and accuracy of key information.
- Liaise with the Product Developer in obtaining accurate product specifications for independent sourced products.
- Maintain and update IceCat with new and existing products to ensure all our products are accurately represented online.
- Manage SAP with New Product Setup, status updates, and content accuracy.
- Work with the Marketing Team to ensure that the Brand Asset portal is up to date will all product information and photography for our customer base.
- Support the Marketing Team during brochure & POS creation to ensure that all product content is accurate.
- Offer general admin support to Product, Marketing & Sales as and when required.
Who We're Looking For
- Attention to detail and accuracy needs to be high standard
- MDA product knowledge preferred
- Experienced in using Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong organisation skills are essential as well as being able to prioritise the right task at the right time.
- Proactive and self motivated.
- Can multitask in a busy environment and remain focused on delivering key deadlines.
