As a Wellbeing Facilitator, you will be the creative force behind engaging and meaningful activities that enrich the lives of our residents. Working closely with residents, relatives, colleagues, and the wider community, you will support residents to express their individual interests, wishes, and aspirations while helping to create opportunities that promote independence, happiness, and fulfilment.
You will help create a stimulating environment that encourages lifestyle choices, social interaction, personal development, and fun, whilst embracing our TLC values and supporting our journey towards outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities

- Carry out ongoing assessments of residents' interests, abilities, and activity requirements.
- Ensure new residents receive a warm welcome and positive introduction to life within the home.
- Take a hands-on approach to delivering activities, events, and lifestyle opportunities.
About You
We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and compassionate individual who strives to make a positive difference every day.
Due to the nature of the role and the needs of our residents, flexibility is essential. The successful candidate will be required to work weekends and Bank Holidays on a rota basis to support the delivery of activities, events, and wellbeing programmes throughout the year.
Our residents' wellbeing is a seven-day commitment, and we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about creating meaningful experiences whenever they are needed.
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate:
- Experience supporting, organising, or delivering activities, events, or wellbeing programmes.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong listening, written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
- The ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, colleagues, and community groups.
- A caring, patient, and person-centred approach.
- The ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
- Confidence using core Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A professional appearance and positive attitude.
- A commitment to supporting a "One Team" approach across the home.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary
- Discounts at approximately 2,000 high street and online retailers
- Auto-enrolment pension scheme
- Excellent learning, training, and career development opportunities
- The opportunity to make a genuine difference every day
- A supportive and welcoming team environment
