At Zip world tower we are nestled amongst the sprawling Rhigos mountain range and sitting proudly alongside historical coal mining buildings, you will push customer to there limits and help them create core memories at this epic location. as a customer experience assistant you will be responsible for transporting customers to the top of the worlds fastest seated zip wire
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily visual vehicle checks prior to use
- Drive a truck of people up to the top zip line
- Assist with safety briefs of riders prior to the adventure
- Loading and unloading trolleys and equipment
- Drive customers on Tour using a pre-written tour briefly to present main points to customers
Essential Requirements and skills:
- Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 2 years
- Shortlisted applicants will be required to pass a training and assessment session
- Have exceptionally high regard for safety
- Be diligent and conscientious
- Experience working with members of the public and ability to communicate clearly
- Customer service
- Able to follow strict procedures consistently and repeatedly
- Able to communicate and consult with and report to Senior Instructors and General Manager
- Able to work alone using own initiative
- Participation in staff meetings as required
- Flexible with the ability to work shifts between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00, Monday to Sunday
