Duties
- Lead and supervise team members during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality, consistency, and safety standards
- Manage food production tasks, including monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with kitchen staff to meet demand
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation procedures at all times
- Support team members with serving guests, resolving issues promptly to enhance satisfaction
- Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing coaching to foster a motivated, skilled team
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace that adheres to health and safety guidelines
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong supervising experience with demonstrated team management capabilities
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and food production processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including serving, hospitality standards, and barista experience is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills to effectively coordinate with staff and guests
