About the Role:
Antrim is becoming an increasingly important location for technology and digital innovation in Northern Ireland, and at Lunar Daydreamz Technology Ltd, we are focused on building practical digital products that solve complex business challenges. We combine thoughtful product strategy, modern technology, and a strong understanding of customer needs to create solutions that deliver measurable value. We are looking for a Principal Product Manager who can take ownership of product direction across key initiatives. You will work closely with engineering, design, commercial teams, and senior stakeholders to turn customer needs and business objectives into clear product strategies. You will be responsible for helping teams make informed decisions, prioritise effectively, and deliver products that are both valuable to customers and commercially successful.
Why Work With Us?
The Environment: Our Antrim office provides a collaborative setting where product, technology, and business teams work closely together. We value clear communication, focused work, and an environment where experienced professionals can influence meaningful decisions.
Product Ownership: You will have significant responsibility for shaping product strategy and influencing the direction of important digital initiatives. Your recommendations will directly contribute to product priorities, investment decisions, and future development.
Modern Technology: Our product teams work alongside experienced software engineers and technical specialists using modern development practices and cloud-based technologies. You will be expected to understand technical considerations while remaining focused on customer and business outcomes.
Professional Growth: We support continued professional development through industry events, specialist training, knowledge sharing, and opportunities to work across different product areas. You will have the opportunity to broaden your strategic and commercial experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Define and communicate product strategies that align customer needs with company objectives. Establish clear product goals, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Roadmap Ownership: Develop and maintain product roadmaps based on market opportunities, customer feedback, business priorities, and technical considerations. Ensure teams understand why particular initiatives are being prioritised.
Cross Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, data, sales, operations, and commercial teams to coordinate product development from discovery through launch and ongoing improvement.
Customer Insight: Use customer interviews, product analytics, market research, and feedback to identify opportunities and validate product assumptions before significant development resources are committed.
Prioritisation: Evaluate competing requirements and make informed decisions about scope, timing, resources, and expected business impact. Balance long term product development with practical short term delivery.
Stakeholder Management: Present product recommendations, progress, risks, and commercial opportunities to senior stakeholders. Build alignment across teams while maintaining a clear focus on customer and business outcomes.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management, digital products, technology, or a closely related field, with substantial experience owning complex products or product portfolios.
Product Leadership: Demonstrated experience developing product strategies, managing roadmaps, prioritising initiatives, and influencing cross functional teams without relying solely on formal authority.
Commercial Thinking: Strong understanding of business models, customer value, market opportunities, product performance, and the commercial factors that influence successful digital products.
Technical Understanding: Comfortable working with software engineering teams and discussing APIs, cloud platforms, data, integrations, development processes, and technical constraints.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex product decisions clearly to technical and non technical stakeholders.
Mindset: You are strategic but practical. You know how to identify the opportunities worth pursuing, make difficult prioritisation decisions, and help teams move from an idea to a valuable product without unnecessary complexity.
Pay: £84,927.00-£90,000.00 per year
