Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality establishment. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise front of house staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee food presentation, serving, and food preparation to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Manage reservations, guest enquiries, and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all front of house activities.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth food production and timely service.
- Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Organise staff schedules, training sessions, and performance reviews to foster a motivated team environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the front of house area at all times.
- Assist in managing stock levels for service areas, including barista supplies if applicable.
- Support the implementation of new policies or procedures aimed at improving overall service quality.
Skills
- Proven management and supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of food production, cooking, serving, and food preparation techniques.
- Experience in food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including reservation systems and customer service protocols.
- Barista experience is desirable for roles involving beverage service.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and guests alike.

Pay: £35,000.00-£41,055.11 per hour
