If this sounds like you, then you could be the next Network Youth Services Lead for your local St John Network.
Oversee delivery and coordination of youth programmes and opportunities with your local community network, providing support to youth teams to ensure they have the tools to deliver a positive youth experience.
- Oversee delivery fo Student Volunteering programmes within your network, ensuring activities align with national standards set out by the Student Volunteering Team.
- Visit youth units to support local Youth Leaders in delivery of activities, and to ensure adherence to national standards for delivery of youth activities.
- Ensure delivery of activities in line with national policies and procedures.
- Work with the Volunteering Services Lead to present awards and recognise young people for their achievements and contribution to St John.
- Empower the use of sustainable and ethical practices to support St John’s commitments to environmental and financial sustainability.
- Engage with a national Community of Practice to share best practice, advocate for volunteer interests and concerns, and lead on the communication and implementation of national initiatives.
