We are seeking confident, experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) for impactful roles across Salford schools, spanning EYFS to Sixth Form (Primary, Secondary, and Specialist provisions).
The Role & Responsibilities
As an HLTA, you will take on a lead role within the classroom, including:
- Confidently leading and covering full classes in the teacher's absence.
- Planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities for individuals and groups.
- Progress tracking and supporting students with complex SEN needs.
Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum Level 4 qualification, HLTA status, or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven track record of managing classrooms and leading learning.
