Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and hard-working person to deliver the highest levels of customer service in our busy sandwich bar in Nottingham. Must have good customer service, communication and hygiene skills, and be conscientious. Duties will include:
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and assist in shop serving customers in a professional manner; making sandwiches, hot drinks.
- Make fillings
- Operate the till system accurately and process transactions efficiently
- Keep work area tidy.Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the shop floor and displays, Wash-up. Do a full clean down at the end of service
- Restock shelves and ensure products are correctly labelled and presented attractively
- Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries and organising stockroom areasQualifications
- Previous experience in customer servicei s preferred
- Friendly, approachable manner with excellent communication skills
- Barista experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work during shop hours. This role is ideal for individuals seeking part-time employment in a dynamic retail environment, offering opportunities for skill development and professional growth.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK and must prove so.
- Food Hygiene certificate is desirable but not a must have
- Working hours 11:30-14:30 Monday to Friday some days it can go up to 20 hours per week.
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
