As a Brewer at Pilot, you'll be involved in all aspects of beer production, including:
- Brewing and cellar operations
- Yeast handling and fermentation management
- Cleaning and sanitation (CIP)
- Packaging support when required
- Quality control and record keeping
- General brewery maintenance and housekeeping
This is a varied, practical role where no two weeks are exactly the same. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys being part of a small team where everyone gets stuck in.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous commercial brewing experience
- Has a strong understanding of brewing processes and quality standards
- Is organised, reliable and self-motivated
- Enjoys problem-solving and working as part of a team
- Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Shares our passion for producing consistently excellent beer
