General Maintenance Assistant
We are a family-run property development and management business looking for a reliable and hardworking General Maintenance Assistant to join us.
Ideal for a first job. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to learn a wide range of building and maintenance skills while working alongside experienced tradespeople.
Areas of duties include: Torpoint, Millbrook, Plymouth and Falmouth.
Duties include:
- Assisting with general maintenance and repair work.
- Lifting and moving materials.
- Cleaning and keeping property's tidy.
- Supporting the maintenance team and other trades as required
- Painting, basic repairs, property maintenance, and occasional renovation work
What we're looking for:
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Preferable to have own transport to work
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour working days
- Opportunity to learn all aspects of the building trades
- Pay: Competitive, depending on experience (details available upon enquiry)
