Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Front of House/Bar Staff Leader to oversee daily operations in a vibrant gastro pub with rooms . Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise front of house and bar staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Coordinate food and beverage service, including food preparation and serving, to meet guest expectations
- Oversee daily opening, closing, and shift transitions with attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols
- Train team members on food safety standards, proper food production techniques, and hospitality best practices
- Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and resolve any service issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies; assist with stock ordering when necessary
- Foster a positive team environment through leadership, motivation, and clear communication
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques
- Experience in serving guests efficiently while maintaining excellent hospitality standards
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and food production processes
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, barista skills, and hotel or restaurant experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests alike
