Job Description
We require a person with Varied skills to work on our Managed portfolio of Properties.
You should have a Variety of skills including Painting/Decorating, Basic Plumbing and Carpentry, Fencing etc, the Job will involve some Ladder work, but NOT roof Work.
The position would be 2-3 Days providing we had the right applicant.
Salary Range is dependent on skill set and Experience.
You would be expected to have your own hand Tools.
The job would be beneficial for an Experienced Builder, but now looking for Lighter Duties.
A Full Diving licence is required.
