ML Meat Supplies is a growing food manufacturing business supplying quality products to customers across the UK. We are looking for reliable and hardworking Factory Operatives to join our production team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to develop their skills within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily production activities within the factory.
- Prepare and handle raw materials and finished products safely.
- Operate production equipment following company procedures and training.
- Assist with packing, labelling and quality checks.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Follow company procedures and health & safety requirements.
- Complete production paperwork accurately.
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organised and safe.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a factory, food production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
- Good understanding of hygiene and safe working practices.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience in food manufacturing would be an advantage.
