This isn’t just a job — it’s a performance. We are committed to supporting our cast with dedicated training and workshops led by experienced professionals, giving you real opportunities to develop your character, grow your skills, and make each role your own.
Key Responsibilities:

- Engage guests in-character using movement, physicality, and vocal performance
- Work as part of a team to maintain the flow and atmosphere of the scare event
- Follow all health & safety guidelines at all times, including safe scare techniques
- Attend all required meetings, briefings, costume fittings, and rehearsals before and during the event season

- Take direction from event managers and zone leaders and work collaboratively within the team
- Report any safety concerns, incidents, or issues to a leader or manager immediately

- Energetic, reliable, and committed — Halloween nights run rain or shine
- Able to stay in character and maintain energy throughout long performance sets
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, cold, and low light
- A strong team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Comfortable wearing full costume and/or prosthetic makeup for extended periods

- Wearing full character costumes and/or prosthetic makeup for the duration of each shift
