We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused individual to work alongside the Managing Director and become a key part of our future growth.
This isn't just another administration job.
You'll help recruit fantastic people, support our cleaning teams, keep our operations running smoothly and play an important part in helping the business grow.
As the company grows, so will the opportunity for this role.
What you'll be doing
- Recruiting and interviewing new team members.
- Managing staff rotas and holiday cover.
- Supporting and communicating with our cleaning teams.
- Carrying out occasional quality audits and site visits.
- Responding to customer enquiries.
- Helping organise the day-to-day running of the business.
- Assisting with business development and identifying new opportunities.
- Helping improve systems and processes as we continue to grow.
About you
You'll be someone who:
- Loves organising people and solving problems.
- Is confident speaking to customers and staff.
- Can work independently and use your own initiative.
- Is professional, reliable and trustworthy.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office, email and online systems.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has use of a vehicle.
Experience in recruitment, administration, hospitality, office management, customer service or operations would be an advantage, but attitude, enthusiasm and initiative are just as important.
