This isn't a home you'll inherit. It's one you'll build.
Renewed Hope Ltd is seeking an experienced, passionate and ambitious Registered Manager to lead the registration and development of our brand-new children's residential home in Wirral.
This is a rare opportunity to join an organisation at the very beginning of its journey, helping to create a therapeutic, family-style home that genuinely changes children's lives.
Rather than stepping into an existing service, you will play a pivotal role in shaping every aspect of the home—from registration through to building the culture, recruiting your team and leading the service towards an Outstanding Ofsted judgement.
If you're looking for more than just another management role, we'd love to hear from you.
About Renewed Hope
At Renewed Hope, we believe children don't simply need somewhere to live—they need somewhere to belong.
Our homes are intentionally small, caring for a maximum of three children, enabling us to provide truly personalised care within a stable, nurturing family environment.

As our organisation grows, we are committed to investing in our people and creating genuine opportunities for long-term career progression into senior leadership.

As our Registered Manager, you will lead the registration of our first children's home with Ofsted before taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service.
Working closely with the Directors, you will help establish the systems, culture and standards that will become the foundation of Renewed Hope for years to come.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to influence the future of an organisation rather than simply manage an existing service.
