We are seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar, Floor & Kitchen Staff. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to create memorable experiences for our guests by delivering exceptional service across multiple areas of our establishment. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in all operations. Whether behind the bar, on the floor, or in the kitchen, your enthusiasm and professionalism will help us deliver outstanding hospitality every day.
We are looking for;
2x Bar Staff
4x Servers
1x Potwash (16+)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages responsibly, ensuring adherence to food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and kitchen stations to uphold health standards
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment and handle any issues with professionalism
- Restock supplies regularly and assist in closing procedures to ensure readiness for the next shift
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is a plus
- Familiarity with bartending, serving, or basic math skills will enhance your ability to succeed in this role
- Strong time management skills are essential for handling multiple responsibilities efficiently
- A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset are key qualities we value highly
