Eco Home Group, trading as All Seasons Roof, is one of the UK's leading conservatory roof replacement specialists, operating nationwide. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operation and ensure materials are prepared, managed and delivered efficiently to support our installation teams.
This is a hands-on management role where you'll be expected to lead by example while driving high standards of organisation, stock control and operational efficiency.
The Role
As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring materials are accurately prepared for upcoming installations and delivered on time.
Working closely with our Operations, Scheduling and Installation teams, you'll ensure every installation has the correct materials available, helping us maintain exceptional customer service and installation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation of the warehouse.
- Lead, motivate and support the warehouse team and delivery drivers.
- Operate a counterbalance forklift to safely load and unload deliveries.
- Carry out daily forklift safety checks and maintain equipment.
- Manage stock levels and conduct regular stock checks.
- Receive, inspect and organise incoming deliveries.
- Prepare materials for upcoming installation jobs.
- Ensure materials are cut, checked, labelled and allocated correctly.
- Plan warehouse workload to ensure future installations are prepared well in advance.
- Coordinate deliveries with installation teams across the UK.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and processes.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
Essential Requirements
- Previous Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor experience.
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
- Experience operating forklifts safely within a warehouse environment.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Strong leadership and people management ability.
- Good IT skills and experience using warehouse or stock management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
- Experience within the construction, building products, roofing, conservatory, glazing or manufacturing sectors.
- Experience coordinating vehicle loading and nationwide deliveries.
- Knowledge of stock control and inventory management.
