Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties across various areas, including offices, communal spaces, and private rooms, ensuring high standards of hygiene and tidiness.
- Organise cleaning schedules and manage supplies efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with laundry duties and the organisation of linen or other materials as required.
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning products and report any shortages or maintenance issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns from staff or visitors.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role within hospitality, management, or domestic services is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and general computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities when necessary.
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Knowledge of management principles related to organising cleaning schedules and supplies is advantageous.
