Responsibilities
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils when needed
- Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with classroom preparation and learning resources
- Encourage students’ confidence, participation, and development
- Observe and monitor student progress, providing feedback where appropriate
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to support pupils’ educational needs.
Pay: £25,440.00-£26,880.00 per year
