Reporting to the Head of Quality, the Quality and Regulations Manager will manage the Quality and Regulations Team and provide operational oversight of the University's academic quality assurance processes, academic governance arrangements and regulatory compliance framework. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of key institutional quality assurance activities, including the review and enhancement of academic regulations, policies and procedures, annual monitoring, external examining, professional accreditation oversight and committee governance. The role also provides leadership for complex student casework, ensuring the consistent application of University regulations and procedures, while providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues across the institution. Through effective line management, stakeholder engagement and service improvement, the post holder will support the maintenance of academic standards, regulatory compliance and continuous enhancement across the University.
