We are looking for an experienced Head of Guest Services to join the team.
This is a planning, coordination and communication-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on ensuring seamless behind-the-scenes delivery. You will work closely with the private residences and operational teams, taking overall responsibility for coordinating guest services across the estate and acting as the key link between departments to ensure every homeowner and guest experience runs effortlessly.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all guest services between the private residences and wider estate operations, ensuring a seamless experience throughout every stay.
- Oversee the day-to-day flow of operations, proactively coordinating bookings, communications and logistics.
- Act as the primary point of contact between departments for all guest service requirements.
- Ensure all bookings are prepared in advance, communicating guest preferences and requirements to the relevant teams.
- Maintain booking systems, guest profiles and operational calendars to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Prepare detailed guest briefs, ensuring operational teams are fully informed prior to arrival.
- Lead regular planning meetings with the guest services team to prioritise daily operations and upcoming arrivals.
- Work closely with the activities and operational teams to ensure experiences are delivered seamlessly.
- Develop, review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relating to guest services and operational processes.
- Monitor departmental inventory, process beverage orders and assist with monthly financial reporting.
- Carry out regular inspections of guest areas, ensuring presentation and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained.
- Produce guest-facing materials including menus, event information and other collateral as required.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and oversee third-party bookings where required.
- Promote clear communication and collaboration across all operational departments.
Requirements
- Previous experience within luxury hospitality, guest relations, private estates or UHNW environments.
- Experience within luxury hotels, resorts, boutique properties or private residences would be highly advantageous.
- Hospitality, Events or Tourism qualification desirable but not essential.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Comfortable using booking systems, Microsoft Office, Canva and other digital planning tools.
- Strong eye for detail with an appreciation for luxury presentation and service.
- Professional, discreet and experienced working with high-profile individuals.
- A collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships across departments.
- Full driving licence and willingness to obtain any required local licence.
Additional Information This is a senior operational role requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by the needs of the estate.
The successful candidate will work closely with multiple departments to ensure an exceptional level of service is delivered at all times and may occasionally support wider operational requirements during busy periods and special events.
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
