Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Kebab Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on delivering high-quality, delicious dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas and kebabs according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is prepared safely, hygienically, and in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area throughout shifts
- Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Serve dishes to customers efficiently and courteously when required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to uphold a safe working environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques related to pizza making and kebab preparation
- Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Previous experience in restaurant service or serving is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team
