Due to increased workload we are searching for a Plasterer to join our team full time.
TH Developments is a Family owned and managed company employing 26 staff and running 7 install teams, we pride ourselves on exceptional installs and service. We work as a team and really believe we are a family.
In the role of plasterer the candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional plastering skills both drylining, bonding and skimming, reporting directly to the installations manager.
The successful candidate will possess over 5 years of plastering experience.
The successful candidate will live within the local area and be able to commute to and from our offices based in Redditch. A clean driving licence with no more than 6 points is required for insurance purposes.
Duties will include:-
- wall and ceiling dry lining.
- plaster skim
- bonding
- Lime plastering desirable but not essential
- rendering is desirable but not essential
The role will be PAYE paid 28th of every month with 28 days holiday pay. subject to a 6 month probationary period. Company van for business use and company phone.
Hours of work are 730am till 430pm Monday to Friday, which can also be flexible to suite the candidate.
