Little St Mary’s Nursery are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Early Years Practitioner / Deputy Nursery Manager to join our friendly team on a temporary maternity cover contract, with an immediate start (subject to satisfactory references, an enhanced DBS check and all safer recruitment checks).
Hours and salary are negotiable for the right candidate.
This is a hands on leadership role working across our nursery, breakfast club, after school club and holiday club provision. You’ll work alongside the Nursery Manager to support the day to day running of the setting while helping to provide outstanding care and learning opportunities for our children.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Have previous nursery leadership experience (for example as a Room Leader, Senior Practitioner or Deputy Manager).
- Be passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.
- Enjoy working as part of a small, friendly, supportive team.
