We are a friendly, family-owned car dealership looking for a confident Receptionist/Showroom Host to be the first point of contact for our customers.
The Role
As our Receptionist/Showroom Host, you will play an important part in the day-to-day running of our dealership.
Responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and visitors into the showroom with a friendly, professional approach
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls and face to face enquiries
- Ensuring that customers are taken care of whilst maintain highest levels of professionalism
- Assisting with general administrative duties with accuracy and attention to detail
- Keeping the reception and showroom area tidy, presentable and welcoming
- Taking messages and ensuring they are passed to the correct member of team
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression of the dealership
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face and via telephone
- Professional, well-presented and personable
- Confident using computers, email and CRM systems
- Flexible to work different work patterns to meet the demands of the business
- Previous reception, customer service or showroom experience is desirable, however, full training will be provided
Working Schedule
Monday to Friday working hours are 9am till 6pm
