You will be responsible for the following:
- Being the in person point of contact for Clients & their families, from their initial assessment through to their quality assurance reviews.
- Delivering an unparalleled level of communication & customer service to all clients.
- Support a high quality, seamless start to clients care by selecting the right Care Assistants to support them & allocting them to your client, as well as handing over to the wider team about the clients needs.
- Delivering hands on care to clients when required, and training up new members of team in the community.
- Support our amazing carers through field based training & competency checks.
- Deliver faultlessly on client follows up including Quality Assurance Reviews, Enquiry Follow Ups & Actions set during client meetings.
- Work in partntship with our experienced Care Coordination team, Recruiter & management, to ensure clients get the very best support.
- Advocate for them & liaise (where consent is given) with their wider network of Healthcare Professionals.

The role requirements:
- You're able to work a set 3 week roster which includes working 1 in 3 weekends
- You're able to begin work at 7am (at least 2 days a week) to support with Care Visits & out of hours compliance checks, as well as until 22:30 at least once a week - This will all sit in a 3 week rolling roster
- You're able to support the On Call roster, taking the On Call 1 in 5-6 weeks (linked to your weekend to work) so our clients and Carers are supported
- You have access to a car & are happy working independently in the community
- You're able to provide Personal Care & Support visits to clients

As a Field Care Supervisor for Right at Home Central Wiltshire, you will play an integral part in managing the daily communications to your portfolio of clients, ensuring they have maximum continuity with their care visits & enabling us to help more people than ever. You must be extremely personable as you will be working with Care Assistants, Clients & their families to make sure everyone is supported, connected & happy.
