We're looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team. You'll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately, helping us deliver the high standards our customers expect.
The Role: What to Expect
Working as part of our busy warehouse team, you'll help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and on time.
- Ensuring products are packaged to a high standard, providing an excellent customer experience.
- Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Processing customer returns and updating stock levels.
- Keeping the warehouse organised, safe and tidy.
- Working closely with colleagues to meet daily dispatch and performance targets.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce errors.
- Following Health & Safety procedures and contributing to a safe working environment.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Positive, reliable and hardworking.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A strong team player with good communication skills.
- Flexible and willing to support different areas when required.
- Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
