Groundman/ Maintenance
Trinity Holiday Park are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Grounds Maintenance Operative to work in the Ilfracombe area.
Responsibilities and duties as our Grounds Maintenance Operative:
- To work as part of a small team, maintaining grounds for our parks.
- Undertake grass cutting and strimming
- Planting and landscaping
- Hedge and shrub maintenance
- Weeding and litter picking
- Turfing
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
- Handyman skills desirable
Key requirements, qualifications and skills required by our Grounds Maintenance Operative:
- Full clean UK Driving Licence
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work using own initiative and as part of a team
Driving licence is preferred as travel between parks may be required. You will be provided with a company vehicle for use during working hours. This is a full time position with opportunity for progression for the right candidate.
Must know how to operate engine powered tools, such as jet wash and grounds work equipment
3 months probation period on a self-employed basis.
