Due to business growth we are currently seeking professional PCV Minibus and Coach Drivers to join our team. Full Time Term Time only and Part Time Term Time Only contracts available.
Elite Mini Coaches are based in Reading, Berkshire and the ideal candidate would need to live in or around the Reading area. We are looking for Minibus and Coach Drivers to transport passengers in a safe and timely manner. The positions offer varied duties and routes and as a company we ensure that our drivers are well trained and maintain cleanliness of our vehicles.
Duties include:
- Maintain a safe environment for passengers and employees by following safety procedures.
- Transporting customers and assisting with daily operations in a variety of vehicles.
- Cleanliness of vehicle prior to each trip to ensure a safe and pleasant ride for our customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing quality customer service.
- Communicate effectively with operations staff and other team members.
- Maintain communication with operations staff during trips to ensure the customer’s needs are met.
- Adhere to all EU Drivers Hours Requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Elite Mini Coaches offers a competitive pay rate based on experience with benefits including: paid holidays and company pension. All applicants must hold a valid Professional D1 or D driving licence and have a valid CPC qualification card.
Hours of work - 20 - 40 hours per week.
All successful candidates will be subject to Disclosure and Barring Service checks along with other relevant employment checks.
