Your Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of our busy workshop, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Lead, motivate and support our team of technicians and workshop staff.
- Plan and allocate workloads to maximise productivity and workshop performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Ensure all servicing, repairs and MOT work meets DVSA regulations and manufacturer standards.
- Monitor workshop efficiency, quality and profitability.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety.
- Oversee parts ordering and stock control.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and effectively.
- Help drive the continued success and growth of Europit Tyres.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Workshop Manager, Service Manager or Senior Workshop Controller.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs and MOT procedures.
- A confident leader who can motivate and develop a successful team.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A customer-focused, positive and proactive approach.
- The ability to perform well in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- A full UK driving licence.
