Monday + one weekday + alternate SaturdaysAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at one of North Essex’s biggest and best-known aesthetics clinics — Enhance Me.
We’re looking for an experienced Laser & Skin Practitioner to join our growing clinic team.This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who genuinely LOVES skin, laser and creating great client results but also understands that being a great practitioner goes far beyond simply performing a treatment.
We want someone who enjoys getting to know their clients, creating treatment plans, following their progress and building a loyal client base of their own.
Your diary will predominantly focus on delivering Laser Treatments with our Alma Harmony platform such as Hair Removal, Laser Facials including BioBoost, alongside some tattoo removal & advanced skin treatments, with additional manufacturer training available where required.
What you'll be doing
- Laser Hair Removal
- BioBoost treatments
- Advanced skin + facial treatments
- Skin analysis + personalised treatment planning
- Monitoring client results + adapting treatment plans
- Recommending appropriate treatments, courses + homecare
- Maintaining excellent clinical records, treatment settings + aftercare
- Building strong, long-term relationships with your clients
You'll also be responsible for delivering excellent consultations and treatments across your own laser + skin diary, and will benefit from a a healthy commission structure.
You’ll work closely with our Lead Skin & Advanced Practitioner and wider clinic team, with plenty of opportunity to continue developing your knowledge and skills.
What we're looking for...
You'll need:
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
- Level 4 Laser/IPL qualification or recognised equivalent
- Previous hands-on laser experience
- A genuine passion for skin + results-driven treatments
- Confidence carrying out consultations + creating treatment plans
- Excellent attention to detail and clinical documentation
- A warm, professional and client-focused approach
- The confidence to recommend treatments + products when genuinely appropriate
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is great with people, takes pride in their results and wants to become a genuine part of the Enhance Me team.Even better if...You already have experience in advanced skin treatments, BioBoost, skin scanning/analysis or an aesthetics clinic environment.
We also have a industry leading Training Academy, so teaching, assessing or mentoring qualifications are a bonus — but absolutely not essential.
For the right person, there is immediate opportunities to become involved with the Academy as the role develops.
