Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organised Retail professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting visual merchandising efforts. Duties
- Oversee daily retail operations ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the store
- Supervise and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist in visual merchandising, including the utilisation of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for promotional displays
- Manage stock levels, organise inventory, and support merchandising strategies to optimise sales
- Provide bilingual support where applicable to cater to diverse customer needs
- Coordinate schedules, organise staff rotas, and manage time effectively to meet operational deadlines
- Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, record keeping, and stock ordering
- Support training programmes for new staff members and assist in leadership development initiatives
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience within a retail environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual presentation tasks
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse clientele
- Demonstrable leadership qualities with strong organisational skills
- Experience in merchandising, stock management, and administrative functions
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for specific software tools and processes
