Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Parent Host/ Customer Service Representative for our football coaching sessions at We Make Footballers Sheffield. At WMF, we are passionate in providing a joyful experience at our sessions, not just for the children training but also for the parents.
Responsibilities
- As parent host, you will be the first person children and parents meet at our sessions. You will greet them, sign in their child/children and get them excited for the session ahead!
- During the sessions, you will be required to speak with parents, answer any questions they have, all to create the community feeling that We Make Footballers is all about.
- You will also be in charge of quality control - making sure our coaches are providing the highest quality service. You will take performance reviews during sessions.
- Social Media! As parent host, you will be taking media content throughout the sessions, capturing all the skills and talents on show!
No past experience is required for this role, just punctuality and enthusiasm! The Parent Host is a key member for ensuring that feel-good community environment at WMF!
Safeguarding Level 2 or above (or similar qualification) is preferred for this role. Training will be provided if the candidate does not have this already..
Driving License and access to a car is also preferred, but not required.
Our sessions take place at Firth Park Academy school, S5 0RD on Monday Evenings (5-7), Tuesday Evenings (5:30-7:30) and Saturday Mornings (times may vary).
We also have extra curricular activities which may take place on times outside of these (in particular, Sundays).
