Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming for both staff and visitors. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Shift patterns : can choose any that works for you. 2 days per week
7am - 9am or
7:30am - 9:30am or
7:15pm - 9:15pm or
8pm - 10pm
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests or concerns from staff or visitors in a polite manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is key.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all individuals interacting with the cleaning team.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards is required.
